Time on your side.
Tell it what you won’t give up. It plans the work around it.
Hourside is an AI planning companion for founders and business owners. You tell it what you won’t give up: dinner with your family, the gym, a finishing time. When a client call runs over or a new request lands, it re-plans the work around those, shows you what moves, and drafts the reply. It isn’t ready yet. I’m building it in public, and opening a hands-on founding pilot to the first ten founders.

How it will work
Three steps, and you approve every change.
This is how the web pilot is being designed. It will change as I learn from the people using it, and the build log will say how.
- 01
Tap “Reshape my day”, or say what changed.
For example:
The client call ran 90 minutes over.
Or list everything on your mind, unsorted, as fast as you can think it. - 02
Take a still moment, if you want one.
An optional thirty-second pause before anything gets re-planned. Skip it whenever you like.
- 03
Get one realistic plan for the rest of the day, and the reply.
It keeps what you protect and your finishing time, and moves what can wait. Nothing moves on your calendar until you approve it, and if a client asked for the change, it drafts the reply for you to copy and send.
Designed to be ADHD-friendly
Designed for brains that lose track of time.
If your attention jumps around or the clock slips away from you, these are the things I’m designing Hourside around.
- 01
Visible time
How much of the day is left, and how long until your finishing time, always on screen.
- 02
A brain dump in two taps
Get what’s in your head down before it goes, and sort it later.
- 03
One next action
Today opens with one thing to do next, not a wall of tasks.
- 04
Reshape my day, with an optional Still moment
When the day breaks, one tap gets you a new plan, with a thirty-second pause first if you want one.
- 05
No shame
Moved tasks are just moved. Nothing scolds you for a day that changed.
This describes how Hourside is designed. It isn’t a medical or health product, and it doesn’t diagnose or treat ADHD.
Where it’s going
From a web pilot to a companion you can talk to.
- 01InterviewsNowTalking to founders about the days that break.
- 02Web pilotPlannedTen founding members, with me on a call each week. Plan my day and Reshape my day around what you protect, a drafted reply you copy and send, drift notices, and a choice of tone.
- 03Public launchPlannedFocus mode with optional sound, and memory for the preferences you approve.
- 04Apps and voice assistantPlannedNative iOS and Android apps, and a voice assistant you can talk your day through with.
Scope
What it won’t do.
It won’t plan your whole week, and it won’t fill every gap in your day. It does one job: getting the rest of today back into a shape you can actually finish.
It isn’t a health or fitness tool either. The routines it protects are the ones you tell it about.
Founding pilot
10 places, for the first founders.
$79for the pilot month
A month with me on a call each week and the app in your hands. After it, founding members keep the software at $19 a month for as long as they stay subscribed. Joining the waitlist is free: when the pilot opens, I’ll invite people from the waitlist in order, and you can say yes or no then.
When Hourside launches publicly, plans will cost $30–$100 a month. The founding price is only for founding members.
- The pilot app, with the work planned around what you protect.
- A 30-minute planning call with me every week of the pilot month.
- Same-day help by message in work hours.
- After the pilot month, the software at the founding price for as long as you stay subscribed.
Pilot start date: not set yet
Questions
Before you join.
When will it be ready?
I don’t have a date yet. The waitlist hears first, and the build log shows where it’s up to, including the parts that are slower than I’d hoped.
Do I pay anything to join the waitlist?
No. I’ll only ask for payment if I invite you to the pilot and you say yes.
Is Hourside for ADHD?
It’s designed to be ADHD-friendly: visible time, one next action, and no shame when plans change. That’s a design choice, not a medical one, and it doesn’t diagnose or treat anything.
