Shiblee | Founder Productivity
I’m Shiblee. I run a small AI creative agency, and I’m building practical systems for demanding days.
Frameworks for a clearer mind & calmer days. Focus, routines & time, made ADHD-friendly.
The agency story
From running an agency to building the systems behind it.
I’m based in Dhaka, where I founded Novaro Studios, a small AI creative agency. We make ads, content and websites for brands, as a service for clients.
Running it means client calls, revisions, proposals and questions from the team all land on the same day as my own routines. When the day gets busy, the routines are usually the first thing to go.
So I started building small systems for myself: a way to get everything out of my head, re-plan when a call runs over, and keep a hard stop. Some use AI, some are just a checklist. Running a business without it taking all your attention and personal time is what this site is about now, and Hourside is the tool that grew out of it.
I help founders get the day out of their heads and onto one plan, so the important work gets done and their routines survive busy days.
Why frameworks
Small frameworks, made ADHD-friendly.
Most of what I share is a framework: one idea you can use on a busy day without learning a whole system. I design them to be ADHD-friendly, with time you can see, one next action, and no shame when the plan moves.
That’s a design choice, not a medical claim. I’m not a doctor or a therapist. When I explain an idea like time blindness, I say where it comes from.
Not medical advice. I share what works for me and cite where the ideas come from. If you think you might have ADHD, talk to a qualified professional.
Read the frameworksHow I work
A builder and a practitioner, not an expert.
I’m not a health or performance expert, and I don’t give health advice. The routines I write about are my own, and the ones Hourside protects are the ones you choose.
- 01
I try it on my own days first.
Every system starts as something I use myself, during real weeks at the agency.
- 02
I write down what works and what fails.
The build log has both. If I didn’t measure something, I say so.
- 03
The lessons become products.
The Day Reset came first. Hourside is next, shaped by what I learn from the people using it. See Hourside.
The best place to start is the Day Reset.
